Below you will find a list of the Models that WM Construction, LLC builds in all Mat-Su Valley, Eagle River and Anchorage areas.  Within the price of the home you will find a $40,000 Lot Allowance.  If you find a Lot for $47,000 you would just add $7,000 to the price of the home.  Don't worry, if you don’t’ find a floor plan that you like, we can always find you one or get one drawn up by an architect.  For a quote on a plan that we don’t have, just email Mike Thompson at riley@mtaonline.net.  It is our wish to make your transition into a new home as seamless as possible!
